Update of this season so far:
Sue and Gordon have had an early Noel, all will be revealed at the clubs christmas party for boxers and families on the 19th December- watch this space!

Joey Marsden reached the quarter finals of the Senior Novice Category,  Joey put up a good fight but didn't manage to get the points on the day.  The Saints all would like to congratulate his achievements.

A very successful show was held at Milburn Leisure  centre with clubs coming from all over the country to compete with Hull boxers.
We were also very pleased to have Wally Mays as  our guest of honour, presenting the Pete Morrison Trophy.  We were all thrilled that Dot, Pete's widow attended as well.  Both Wally and Pete were amateur and professional boxers from Hessle Road and Pete Morrison achieved a Btronze medal in the olympics for his boxing.

Johnny Whitley also kindly came along, presenting the winners and runners up with their trophies.  A wonderful man who is always very supportive to Hull Saints.

Rose Brebner achieved a bronze medal in the European Championships.  The English female team did amazingly well, achieving two gold medals- Charley Davison, and Sarah Rostron.  Silver medal went to Sandy Ryan.  All the girls did really well especially for a team of seven to bring home such a medal haul.
